Preparing Week

    This week was really messy week. We had to prepare for our music and drama festival and we were in pressure. I got a lot of things because I have to perform in music fest and drama fest. For me, Drama fest is most tiring because I have to act and shout my line. We also had a game called Quiz or No Quiz to get extra point. It was fun to do it because it was really nerve breaking. We eventually got +5 in long test and holiday in sir perter's house. We also had visitor from WASK to check the school. In science, we studied Oxidation and it was as hard as a explaing why JF is perverted. We have to work hard now to nail our festival. Lets do this guys.

Why do we care?

     On Saturday, We had a final rehearsal of  our drama. It was kind of shocking to see most of the people doing well. On the actual day, Sand and me told our self to show everything. But on the day, everybody was like giving up. I didn't know why. Why do we 

have to give up? Because grade 10 was good? Why should we give up? We should try our best first before saying that. Did we try our best to say that? Did we gave our 120% to the play? Don't look at others. Please do your thing and concentrate in it. That makes the difference. Do you know Nick Vujicic? This is video about him.

The New Start

    This week was a new start and I tried to be good. We practiced drama in English and went to see the place where we have our play. It was really big, but I wasn't nervous. I don't find doing a drama nervous, but just little embarrassing to act. As usual, we studied in math and social studies. We also took test in social studies. In mandarin, We receive our new project filming a documentary. In computer, we took quarter exam and I forgot how to make it, so I think I failed it. For Science, I just sat down and watched what my fellow friends were doing because I can't do the science fair. This week is my starting of new life, and maybe can change my life(chos).

Drama and Music

          On March 26, MIT is going to hold a festival with drama and music. Upper graders will showcase their own dramas. The music festival is opened to anyone so lots of people will be playing in there. I am also joining the music festival and drama festival. I like playing and listening to music, so I decided to join. For drama festival, I was not willing to do it but I had no choice. I'm preparing for both performances and this is a great opportunity. I will play piano and cello and I will also be the main role in the drama. I am not good at playing piano but I like playing piano, so decided to play. This is the song I'm gonna play and I hope I and audience will enjoy.   

4th quarter

After seeing my Exams and my grade, I was really disappointing at myself. Now, I realize that I was always in my comport zone and didn't want to get out from it. When I first came here, I told myself to achieve my purpose here and I studied hard. Starting Today, I will make a deal with my self and go back to the beginning. 

My 4th quarter resolution

1. I will sleep before 11 to not sleep in the school.

2. I will not use any gadgets inside school.

3. I will study at least 1 hour before any form of test.

4. I will go out of my comfort zone.

5. I will try my best in everything.

Exams

MITIS had an exiting event called "Exams" :(   The exams were divided into 3 days. On Wedesday, We took test about minor subjects. On Thursday, we had an exam about math, English and Computer. On Friday, We took exam about Social science and Science. It was a hard exam and I was doomed. I took exam on minor exam well, but was predominant by Harder exams in major subjects. For computer, I had to list all the parts of the camera and it was a disaster. For English, I studied but it was just an interpretation, so found it really hard. For math and science, It was hard as usual. For Social science, it was freaking long. Now, I know  what my grade is in my major subjects, so I will tell my self to do better next time.

Music

In life, we sometimes feel depressed and the best thing to do when we are depressed is listening and playing musics. My mother is a violnist, so from childhood I did a lot instruments. These are the instruments I can play

Last week's event

Last Week In English, we practiced our play a lot and it was tiring.  I got the main role of our drama, so I had to practice a lot and It was tiring. It was really a new experience for me because this made me confuse who I am in real life. I sometimes suffered being Evangelious also in real life and this made me like the character in Dr.Jekyll and Hyde. In the Last week, I think I improved a lot in my action and my emphasis, but I think I still have to work on my projection. When we start rehearsing after exams, I have to work up to my 100% to reach the standard of Gino:)

In Social studies, We reviewed for the final exam. T.Melvin told us he will give 120 questions in the exam and also told us he will give some questions in the Exam to help us pass. He gave us the review sheet and I was amazed by it's awfully magnificently hyper mega difficult exam. But for now, I have to study for my oral defense. 

In math, I do not remember what happen but I think Sir.Echo had some absences. 

To wrap up last week, We just practiced the play. And this week will be much harder with exams. Lets do this guys :)
